Release notes:
-Fixed howitzer gunner's feet sticking out under some conditions
-Invisible AI's made visible in NILE
-Wesels no longer as strong as Tanks
-Wesel SAM System Updated (Removed Green Sight, Adjuseted Zoom and Increased Rate of Fire)
-SideWinder Air to Air Birds useing correct Ammo type (At Present set to hand held Stingers and Not SideWinder Ammo)
-Updated 5.56mm Ammo, 7.62mm Ammo, P90 Ammo and Shotgun Ammo.
-Updated RPG Round, Updated AT4 Round (Reduced effective range 350m for RPG / 500m for AT4) Increased Blast area for RPG.
-Added New Ammo File for Hellfire (Slightly Reduced Damage/Will still Destroy a Tank with 2 Hits).
-Increassed Min Balst Area for Stinger, SAM and SideWinder.
-Increeased Burn time For Tanks when on Fire.
-Updated which Weapons Damage which Vechels.
-Increassed P90 Rate of fire.
-Added approx 2 sec delay bettwen each Hellfire Round Fireing, Upgraded Apache/KA52 and Tiger Armor, so that small arms fire of 7.62mm or Below will not damage Attack Chopper.
-ST_OB invisible S&D target, allows map maker to make any in the map an S&D target
-SCUD object fixes
-Blackhawk/Puma speed slightly increased
